Benuco cares about your privacy. Benuco is a trade name of Marcs Handelsonderneming. KVK 01139337. Indicated on the site as Gen1:11 (in any writing form) Benuco or Marcs Handelsonderneming. We only process data that we need for (the improvement of) our services and treat the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services of Benuco that are derived from it. The effective date for the validity of these terms and conditions is 28/04/2021, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes what information about you is collected by us, what this information is used for and with whom and under what conditions this information may be shared with third parties. We also explain to you how we store your data and how we protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you have provided to us.

About the data processing

Below you can read how we process your data, where we store it (or have it stored), what security techniques we use and to whom the data is accessible.

The only data we collect are those necessary to complete a transaction.

Invoice data is retained. This is a legal accounting requirement. All legal accounting information we can and may NOT delete.

Shipping and delivery information will be for delivery purposes only. Max. 12 weeks after delivery, this data will be deleted from all our records.

Online account data will be deleted 4 weeks after creation. So it is possible to create an account. This is for example to follow your order. After 4 weeks there can no longer be logged into this account.

Your email address. This will also be removed from our database after 4 weeks

Newsletter.  For this you can not subscribe. No personal data are collected here.

WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is, based on the agreement we have made with them, obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group of companies to further improve services.

We purchase web hosting and email services from Strato.

Strato processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Strato has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Strato does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic as confidential. Strato is bound by agreement to secrecy.

Payment processors

Sisow by Buckaroo and Paypal

For handling (part of) the payments in our store we use the platform of Sisow by Buckaroo and Paypal. Sisow by Buckaroo and Paypal processes your name, address and town details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Sisow by Buckaroo and Paypal has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Sisow by Buckaroo and Paypal reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. Sisow by Buckaroo and Paypal shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies in case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility). All the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Sisow by Buckaroo and Paypal ’s services for which they engage third parties. Sisow by Buckaroo and Paypal will not retain your data for longer than permitted by law.

We will keep your data for a maximum of 4 weeks. This means that we delete your customer profile from the database after 4 weeks. Automatically generated database backups may contain longer data. On the basis of applicable administrative obligations, we have to save invoices with your (personal) data, so we will save this data for as long as the applicable period lasts. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your instructions.

Your rights
